Privacy Policy

This application is a field reference and investigative aid — not a secure evidence repository or CJIS-compliant storage system.

Do not enter, dictate, upload, or otherwise store personal identifiable information (PII) in this app. This includes but is not limited to: full names of suspects, victims, or witnesses; dates of birth; social security numbers; driver's license numbers; addresses; phone numbers; email addresses; financial account numbers; biometric data; or any information that could identify a specific individual.

Incident narratives and notes entered into this app should contain only generalized, non-identifying factual descriptions sufficient for charge analysis and investigative guidance. Refer to your agency's records management system (RMS) and evidence protocols for storing case-specific PII.

The app stores the following data associated with your user account:

• Incident titles, dictated details, suspect actions, and AI-suggested charges

• Field notes with titles, content, and categories

• Your account email and role assignment

This data is stored to provide the app's core functionality and is accessible only to you and workspace administrators.

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access to your records is governed by row-level security rules that restrict access to your own records and authorized administrators.

However, this application is not certified under the Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy and must not be used to store criminal justice information as defined by that policy.

When you request charge suggestions, incident details you enter are sent to a third-party AI language model for analysis. The AI provider may temporarily process this data to generate responses.

Because of this, it is especially critical that no PII be included in incident narratives or notes. Only generalized, non-identifying factual descriptions should be submitted for AI analysis.

You can access, modify, or delete your incidents and notes at any time through the app interface. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from the Settings page.

Upon account deletion, all incidents and notes associated with your account are permanently removed.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your incidents and notes are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
